Door Assessment Booking Policy

By scheduling a free door assessment with Happy Valley Doors, you are reserving a time slot dedicated to reviewing your project and providing an estimate. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

If we arrive for your scheduled appointment and you are unavailable or the site is inaccessible, a rebooking fee may apply to schedule a new appointment. This fee covers the time and travel costs associated with missed appointments.
